organised by the Global Network of Water Museums and IHE Delft, with the support of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management
This webinar will focus on the pioneering creative hackathon “Generation Anthropocene: Generating the Anthropocene”, which took place at the Science Museum of Trento (MUSE) in June 2023. The creative hackathon was part of MUSE’s NxT Programme, sitting at the intersection of science, arts and environmental humanities and convened through the projects We Are the Flood, curated by Stefano Cagol, and Like Life, curated by Mali Weil.
Together with Carlo Maiolini from MUSE, artist and curator Stefano Cagol and the artist collective Mali Weil, we will discuss the role of science museums in tackling contemporary complexities and the potential of art and design to help us imagining new futures.
